Personal Training

Our top of the line equipment is only as good as the training being done on it, and if you need that extra push to get to the top of your game, talk to Phil, owner and founder of the Training Station. He and his staff will create a plan for you, and can be booked for appointments for one-on-one training.

Group Strength Training

If classes are more your style, consider trying a group strength training class at the training station, where our staff takes you through athletic-style strength circuits. We fine tune each workout, make sure exercisers of different abilities can participate, and incorporate more variety than most classes of it’s kind.
