He and his staff will create a plan for you, and can be booked for appointments for one-on-one training.

Group Strength Training

If classes are more your style, consider trying a group strength training class at the training station, where our staff takes you through athletic-style strength circuits. We fine tune each workout, make sure exercisers of different abilities can participate, and incorporate more variety than most classes of it’s kind.

The Training Station was founded in 2009 by pro-athlete trainer and runner Phil Clark, built on the concept that joining a gym should be simple and what you get at that gym should be exceptional.

You're Invited

to be a member at a gym where every level is welcome. We are home to pro athletes, weekend warriors and workout newbies. Find world-class equipment and a welcoming staff. We make sure there’s no overcrowding, and provide an open gym, all day. Membership is just $50/month, with no contracts. And we’re easy to get to - walk from No Libs, Spring Garden Station on the MFL, and find plenty of parking for your car or bike.
